Luz - Gin London dry Limited Edition

Description: Made with 9 botanicals of Trentino origin (lemon, juniper, woodruff, olive, mint, laurel, rosemary, clary sage and sage), which are macerated in two distinct phases for the juniper (20 days) and the other botanicals (2 days); the two macerations are then combined in a still by adding the lemon peels. The result is a gin with a strong hint of juniper, but with pleasant citrus notes, with good persistence and intensity.
